- For individuals: visitors having purchased tickets on the Internet for events scheduled during this period of exceptional closure may postpone or cancel their visit by sending us an e-mail at: resaweb@semeccel.com
- For groups and corporations: the organisers of group tours having booked a visit for this period of exceptional closure can postpone or cancel their tour by sending us an e-mail at resa@semeccel.com
